Carlsberg: Global brand relaunch
Fold7 has been working with Carlsberg and their portfolio of brands for over 2 years. In 2010 we were appointed as the lead agency for their global launch campaign.
Objective:
Develop the Carlsberg brand campaign to connect with today’s active, adventurous beer drinker.
Creative strategy:
Refocus the brand around a universal human truth —
the connection between endeavour, achievement
and pleasure. This is captured in the new tag line
“That calls for a Carlsberg”. The creative reflects on the pleasure of an ice cold beer as a reward for achievement.
Our opening campaign features landmark moments in history, giving them a twist and placing Carlsberg as the reward.
