To create recognisable spaces for customer and staff exchange. The scalable modular units created a one-to-one service experience and lowered barriers between customers and staff. Colours, ergonomics, signage & lighting helped guide customers through the store.Activation:
The customer service range is currently rolling out nationwide across the estate, including the M&S flagship store in the Westfield Shopping Centre, West London.
